TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Hull Chrysler is looking for a TECHNICAL ADVISOR in the Service team.

This position liaises between the mechanic and the customer. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this position and enhance the customer experience. He must also be able to popularize and explain technical aspects to customers.

Roles:
- Understand the client's needs and offer them a complete solution.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Perform and analyze repair orders with customers.
- Estimate the cost and duration of maintenance and repair interventions. Ensure that the final invoice corresponds to the estimate, and that the vehicle is delivered at the agreed time.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians and manage the status of purchase orders.
- Plan the schedule of maintenance and repair interventions.
- Use work order management software.
Full time, schedule Monday to Friday.
Experience in a related position is an asset.
